Effect of Hydrogen sulphide (H2S) on the electrophysiological properties of bovine articular chondrocytes. For this project I had used Patch clamp technique in whole cell configuration, chondrocytes culture and isolation techniques.
* MPhil thesis title:*
Nonlinear Analysis of Sleep EEG in Refractory Epilepsy Patients. Dr.Pradhan and Dr.Sathishchandra in NIMHANS were my guides. We had showed periodic behaviour during REM sleep in refractory epilepsy patients and suggested that the brainstem periodicity could be underlying mechanism behind sudden deaths in these patients.
• Went as a Visiting researcher to Dr.Sen Cheng’s Lab -Mercator Research Group , Ruhr University Bochum, Germany for 3 months – April 2012 -June 2012. For 3 months I had worked in a Hippocampus computational project.
• Worked as a Senior Research Fellow in Biological Psychiatry lab under Dr.John P John as Principal Investigator in the project ‘MRI based Parcellation study of the prefrontal cortex in schizophrenia subjects and healthy controls’ for 4 months from March 2007 to July 2007.
