- Experience Matrix: 4 to 7 years in an automotive paint shop, handling pre-treatment (PT), Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED), and top-coat processes.
- Responsibilities: Monitoring oven temperatures and paint viscosity, minimizing dust defects, leading a team of spray painters, and ensuring strict compliance with chemical waste disposal regulations.
- Work Environment: High-temperature, chemically sensitive area requiring strict adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and rotational shift availability.
