Key Details & Requirements
- Qualification: ITI Draftsman (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical / Naval Architecture.
- Experience Matrix: 3 to 6 years of experience drafting heavy steel structures, preferably in a shipyard or maritime engineering environment.
- Software Competencies: High-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Aveva Marine / ShipConstructor software.
- Responsibilities: Generating precise hull plate cutting plans, calculating weld volumes, resolving structural interferences, and working directly with the shop floor fabrication teams to ensure millimeter accuracy.
