Ingredients:—Mangoes – 2 (fully riped),
Sugar – 1/2 cup,
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp,
Crushed ice,
Almonds – 1 tbsp (crushed),
Method
- Peel off the mangoes. Cut into pieces discarding the seeds.
- Put the mango pieces in a mixer, add sugar, cardamom powder and crushed ice. Blend till smooth.
- Take out the Aam Ras in individual bowls and garnish with crushed almonds.
