Key Details & Requirements
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution.
- Experience Matrix: 3 to 6 years of direct site execution experience in highways, bridges, or massive industrial foundations.
- Responsibilities: Reading complex structural blueprints, coordinating with reinforcement (rebar) and formwork teams, conducting concrete slump tests, and ensuring strict adherence to L&T’s EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
- Work Environment: Demands physical stamina, extensive on-site mobility in harsh weather, and managing large teams of contract laborers.
