  • 300g mussels, cleaned
  • 200g clams, cleaned
  • 200g shrimp
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 200ml dry white wine
  • 1 can cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil, parsley, chili flakes

Let’s Cook — Step by Step

  1. Step 1 — Sauté garlic and chili in olive oil.
  2. Step 2 — Add wine and tomatoes — simmer 5 mins.
  3. Step 3 — Add mussels and clams — cover until they open.
  4. Step 4 — Add shrimp — cook 2 mins.
