Key Details & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Pharm (Ayurveda/Siddha) or a standard B.Pharm degree with a diploma in traditional medicine manufacturing.
- Experience Matrix: 2 to 5 years of experience in an herbal or AYUSH manufacturing facility.
- Core Responsibilities: Supervising the extraction, decoction, and grinding processes, maintaining batch manufacturing records (BMR), and ensuring raw herbal sourcing meets strict quality control parameters.
- Compliance: Deep understanding of AYUSH Ministry guidelines and factory safety protocols.
