  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tomato
  • Oil, salt, coriander

Let’s Cook — Step by Step

  1. Step 1 — Fry onion until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Step 2 — Add spices and tomato — cook 5 mins.
  3. Step 3 — Add coconut milk and simmer 3 mins.
  4. Step 4 — Add prawns. Cook 4 mins max — until pink.
  5. Step 5 — Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice.
