- 1 large onion
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tomato
- Oil, salt, coriander
Let’s Cook — Step by Step
- Step 1 — Fry onion until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste.
- Step 2 — Add spices and tomato — cook 5 mins.
- Step 3 — Add coconut milk and simmer 3 mins.
- Step 4 — Add prawns. Cook 4 mins max — until pink.
- Step 5 — Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice.
