Kids’ lunchboxes coming back half-eaten is one of the biggest challenges for parents. If you make food visually appealing and fun, kids will actually eat it.
1. Mini Sandwich and Veggie Sticks Cut bread into star or circle shapes, fill with potato masala or cheese, and serve with carrot and bell pepper sticks with a dip.
2. Colorful Vegetable Fried Rice Mix finely chopped carrots, beans, sweet corn, and paneer into fried rice. Kids cannot pick out vegetables when they are minced fine.
3. Mini Chapati Rolls Roll chapatis around vegetables, boiled egg, or paneer. Secure with a toothpick for a fun, hands-on eating experience.
4. One “Fun Day” Per Week Do not try to make every day healthy. Once a week, include their favorite cheese pasta or a small chocolate biscuit. They will look forward to opening their lunchbox eagerly on that day.
