There are some terms which are
- Mentioned but not defined in the Indian Constitution e.g. Untouchability
- Not Mentioned in the Indian Constitution e.g. Judicial Review
- Mentioned and defined in the indian Constitution e.g. State
So, there is a difference amongst these and UPSC has the habit of framing the questions on them. Just read few of them given below (I am including terms only from 1 and 2 as UPSC frames on these generally)
