Key Details & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Rural Sociology, or Master of Social Work (MSW).
- Experience Matrix: 2 to 5 years engaging with local government agencies, farming communities, or NGOs for agricultural development projects.
- Core Responsibilities: Mobilizing rural SHGs, organizing field-level training on sustainable farming techniques, liaising with local panchayats, and collecting baseline socio-economic data.
- Language: Absolute fluency in spoken and written Tamil is mandatory.
