Key Details & Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience Matrix: 4 to 7 years in an automotive assembly line (preferably two-wheelers), managing mass production and shift operations.
- Responsibilities: Ensuring flawless chassis and battery integration, minimizing takt time, conducting root-cause analysis for line stoppages, and maintaining zero-accident safety protocols.
- Leadership: Will directly supervise a team of 40+ line operators and technicians across rotating shifts.
