Friendship (நட்பு) — English
We don’t need a thousand words to speak,
To know exactly when the spirit is weak.
A simple nod, a heavy, quiet shoulder pat,
And all the terrifying troubles we were looking at
Seem to lose their suffocating, miserable weight,
Locked safely outside of the mind’s iron gate.
You are the mirror that shows me who I am,
Without the judgment or the hollow sham.
