- Qualification: B.E in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering. CSWIP 3.1 or ASNT Level II certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is strictly mandatory.
- Experience Matrix: 5 to 8 years in heavy fabrication, boiler manufacturing, or pressure vessel welding quality control.
