Key Details & Requirements
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Renewable Energy.
- Experience Matrix: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in solar PV plant operations, grid synchronization, and high-voltage (HV) substation maintenance.
- Core Responsibilities: Monitoring SCADA systems for inverter efficiency, scheduling robotic solar panel cleaning cycles to minimize dust losses, and ensuring seamless power evacuation to the TANGEDCO grid.
- Safety Standards: Must enforce strict electrical lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures for on-site maintenance crews.
