A leading multinational car manufacturer is currently seeking a highly experienced Plant Maintenance Head to oversee the mechanical and electrical upkeep of its massive robotic assembly lines and stamping press shops.
Key Details & Requirements
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience Matrix: 12 to 18 years in heavy automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years leading a large maintenance department.
- Responsibilities: Driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, managing the MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics, and ensuring predictive maintenance protocols for KUKA/Fanuc robotic arms.
- Leadership: Will manage a cross-functional team of over 100 engineers and shift technicians, reporting directly to the Plant Director.
